Go through the drive thru. They prioritize the drive thru line before customers that order inside. Waited 20 minutes after ordering to get a coffee.
This is my favorite place to get a quick coffee, which I do quite often, as I'm out on my errands or business. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and so far my orders have never been served incorrectly outside of maybe a little too much sweetener or something very minor like that. I recommend if Dunkin' Donuts is your kind of coffee.
Coffee ok. Food is way better than starbucks.
Update: was in a rush so didn't taste the coffee until I was well on the road. Holy... what did they do to make it taste that bad.

Near the Mass Pike. Not a lot of selections on bakery goods. Kind of like a Dunkin located inside a gas station.
