We had a very specific service need...to repair/tune up our blow driers at the Doggie Spa. They sent someone out right away. Service man was courteous and fast! Saved us $$$ too!! Thank you Henry's! We will be calling you in the future!

We purchased a Bosch SHE44OCUC diswasher from Henry's a few years ago. On 9-15-2010 we called for a service call because the wash cycle took too long. On 9/22 Henry's called saying they were not coming because of a recalled part and that they would order the "board" and come when the part came in. Its now 11-13-2010 and still no part, no follow up calls nor decent service From Henry's. Do not buy Bosch and dont buy from Henry's. I would have had better service from the bog box stores.
Terrible service. I made an appointment to have a range repaired, they never came and then never called to cancel the appointment. They were a no show. We stayed home all day for nothing!!
We are long time customers who have bought several appliances from Henry's and had consistently responsive, reasonably priced service from them. They were even willing to service a major appliance we had not bought from them, given our lengthy association with them.
Then they wanted to come out to replace the hose!!!
Awful and expensive - would never use them again
I told them a hose was broken , even told them the part number.
