She excitedly went on, "Oh, beautiful flowers. I don't know the names. Carnations, loads of roses, and lots of big long flowers with white tops, a lot of greenery, and a big beautiful glass vase. I'm going to take a picture of it so you can see. Some of the flowers look like grand, yellow zinnias..." The owner, Karina, had her masterful work of art arranged and delivered straight to my grandma's door less than 2 hours after I placed the call! What a perfect gift to send to my grandma during a winter in the rather grey, cold Berkshires! Colorful and magnificent! Top customer service! I will only use Karina's shop for as long as she keeps offering us her work!
