I've been using Berkshire Appliance for years. (since probably about 2006) They have worked on my refrigerator, and on my washer and dryer. They have always been prompt and efficient, and I feel like their fees are reasonable. The gentleman who has worked on our equipment has always been incredibly polite and has always been willing to answer any and all questions I've had. I hate to see them (because that means something is broken) but I will use them in the future for my repair needs!
