Friendly and insightful, Mohamed took great care in ensuring I picked out the right engagement ring for my now wife. He showed me countless options for rings and diamond styles and qualities. I've been a loyal customer of Zabian's for more than 15 years. There's nothing better than doing business with a family owned and operated business. They provide superior products and the customer service to go with their products. My wife and I wouldn't buy fine jewelry, watches or diamonds from anyone else.
My wife and I were referred to Zabian's from a close family friend. We are from South Jersey (Cape May Area) and while visiting our friend in Mass we visited Zabian's. My friend introduced us to Mohamed, who immediately treated us like family. We didn't make a purchase that day, but Mo took the time to learn exactly what my wife liked in a ring. I decided to surprise my wife with a new wedding ring for Christmas, and Christmas was only a few days away. I reached out to Mo and he said not to worry, he had exactly what she was looking for in a ring. That was the easy part, the hard part was getting in to me since it was the weekend, and there was no time for shipping. Mohamed said I will have it personally delivered for you, I thought he was crazy. Sure enough on Christmas Eve, I met his driver in South Jersey on the Garden State Parkway at about 10pm, 5 hours from Lee, Ma. Not only was the ring fabulous, but Mo had hand written a note to the box wishing Our Family a Merry Christmas. Now that's Customer Service!!!
