not trust worthy, with in 1-2 weeks annual maintenance, furnace stop working. I have to pay for diagnostic and come to know some of the parts not working. I am not sure what the person did during annual maintenance.
My old steam boiler stop working when I was on vacation. My friend called first plumber, and after working 2 hours he said that need change gas valve for $600. Second plumber said that need change gas valve for $500. After calling plumber supply store he told me that no replacement valve for my old valve. I must change boiler for $6000 !
Big different. And its was not valve problem. They know, what they doing !
a small town, very few plumber and this company taking advantage of the monopoly in overcharging and manipulating billing.
Emergency service needed during the holiday week end. Initially no appointments but Kim called me back and fit me into the schedule for same day service. Roger arrived on time and was very efficient and polite. Removed all trash and left the kitchen clean when he was finished. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend LePrevost plumbing services,
on top of unreliability, they are also very rude people, disrespectful, unprofessional and arrogant. they don't care about costumers at all.

The elderly couple that I care for needed a plumber to repair a problem with their bathroom sink,turns out the faucet is very old and will need to be replaced,the gentlemen of this house is very sick,alot of noise in the house would be very disturbing for him,Roger was so kind and respectful, he was able to temporarily fix the faucet,then will return in a couple of weeks to do the bigger job.i will not share the response we got from other local plumbers,as it was rude and unprofessional, thank you for your professional,kind and prompt service!!!
I came back from vacation, called Le Prevost, and in half hour serviceman fixed my boiler for $145 !!!
