Portions were large and veg dishes were tasty!
Called to place order asked one question about menu was told they didn't have that item i said oh thats fine, then was told by man who answered phone he was too busy and hung up on me before i could place my order. Guess i will never call your place again.
General Tso Chicken was ok, sauce was not right but not bad - was not spicy. Wanton Soup was ok, broth was good, noodle was dry on the top. Fried rice was much better than Red Apple.
I don't give many two star reviews, but this was disappointing on multiple levels. The person at the counter wasn't particularly friendly, the restaurant itself wasn't very clean ( admittedly, it is an older place). But the food I ordered was terrible, the beef was completely tasteless, and the sauce wasn't the right kind of sauce for the entree that I ordered. The sauce should have been garlic, but it was very sweet, almost mustardy, and did not taste very good. I will say that the broccoli was very fresh tasting, but that was it. There are plenty of other mom and pop restaurants to try in Lee.
Not a fan Red Apple down the street in the rite aid Plaza is a million times better
