Can I get some water with my meal? No. We don't have water here, you have to buy a bottle. Really?? You don't have water?
I work in the outlets and they often run out of turkey and always say they are out of wraps when they are posted on their board that they do make them. They also have a cooler full of bottled sofa that they say is warm so you have to take the fountain sofa .... this subway is the worst I have ever been in and would love to know who the owner is.
Refuses coupons -- what else that corporate required do they skip?

Subway shouldn't be advertising things that individual stores are allowed to refuse. My coupon has not expired and they're refusing it. I'm not sure whether this is a negative review for this individual store or for corporate Subway because this is the second store that's refused to accept published coupons. (I would have been happy with the service if there had been no published coupons for them to refuse, or if the coupons were clearly marked with only a single participating store, but i won't support effectively false advertising no matter the excuse)
