This store is really for aspirational millennials and rich old ladies.
Comparing the store @ Woodbury Commons vs the Store in Lee, I have found the staff in Lee much more helpful and down to earth compared to the woodbury store. Also, the clearance section is well stocked with better deals than the one in Woodbury. The only reason that this is not a 5 in my mind, is the limited selection. This should be your go to Michael Kors outlet if you are in reasonable driving distance.
I went into MK to get my first "big girl bag" after graduating college. I was assisted by an incredibly helpful and kind lady who talked with me about my upcoming interviews, and what was next for my life... It was a great experience. BUT, it didn't end there. I got a bag (that i have LOVED) and went about my life... until about a month later I got a letter in the mail with no return address. The letter was from "Michael Kors," and was a handwritten, very detailed letter. The lady who assisted me that day wrote me a letter, wishing me luck on my interviews and talking about some other information I had told her about in the store buying my bag. This letter BLEW MY MIND. That is INCREDIBLE customer service...! Thank you Michael Kors for an incredible example of customer service, you have made me a 100% advocate for your store, for life.
