Clean, modern, good selection, very friendly and helpful employees, however, their prices are on the high side considering the average income of the local population that they serve.
It's a paradise! The people, food and variety of food is amazing. The fish and meat counter in the back are great. The produce section is easy to use. The cashier is very fast which is great. They have everything you need. And it is easy to get to and to park.
This is a very large, new, and clean grocery store. Even though it's located in the small town of Lee, Massachusetts, it's got everything the bigger stores have in the metropolitan areas. Prices are very good, just like they are at most Big Y locations. The staff is very friendly from my experience. If you're in the Lee-Becket-Otis area, this is pretty much the only full-service grocery store in the area now.
It is a shame that this store put the much less crowded and much smaller Price Chopper in the center of Lee out of business. That store actually had better hours than this one.
Went to this Big Y while on vaca in the Berkshires. Prices were a little high. I liked the gas station nearby that gave you discount prices for gas using your big y silver savers card.
I really enjoyed this market! The food selections were great, everything was clean and well-organized, and the people working here were very helpful and friendly. I just wish they were located in my state, too! However, I will say that it seemed a bit pricey, but as you are definitely getting quality products, it's worth it!
