We did not stay here, we called politely and asked if they allow pets. The man yelled at us that he is sick of answering that question and someone just called to ask that question. He was very rude. Luckily these days when someone is disrespectful to you at a business, you can describe your experience online.
The most horrendous hotel experience I have ever had. This place is DISGUSTING and the staff was overwhelmingly rude and unprofessional. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. There was literally pubic hair on my toilet when I got there and they refused to clean it.
Be careful this Hotel people, they are totally not honest, don't give out your credit card # when you book on their website. Just please don't trust them I got a very bad experience dealing with this Hotel, just hoping no one else ever get them self into this situation that i got.
So many great options in Lee, both the Rodeway Inn and the Super 8 answered our question politely.

Cheap, clean, nice, and respectful employees. Kids had fun at the pool and we all enjoyed being able to walk to stores close by including the outlets!
I went online to reserve a room in October 2017. I found a room and it took me to the usual page after page all the way to my credit card information, which I entered. Then when I didn't receive a confirmation after several hours, I tried to call them. I called 3 times. They never picked up the phone. I thought maybe there had been a glitch and they didn't get my credit card number. Fast forward to now, and I find out on my bank statement that not only did they debit my card, but they paid themselves 2 nights instead of 1! For reasons unknown, they credited back one night, but they still debited one hotel night whereas I NEVER SET FOOT IN THEIR HOTEL. In fact, I never made it to LEE, Mass. that weekend. They never called to confirm, nor did they ever send an e-mail. They are CRIMINALS and should be caught for fraud. If you have a similar experience, please reach out. I will contact the local police department if I have to. This is OUTRAGEOUS and CRIMINAL.
